At Lenauves, we strive for satisfied customers. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can easily return it.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused and undamaged.

If possible, it should be in the original packaging.

All tags and labels must be intact (if applicable).

Personalized or hygiene-related items cannot be returned.
